When booking any services Online, you as the customer are required to secure a 100% security deposit. Please note that cancellations MUST be completed 24 hours in advance, for your security deposit to be refunded. Additionally, if you do not cancel and are a (No show) at the respective area please understand that there will be no refund.
Booking and Refunds

When booking a service on any respective date and time our duty is to always be punctual and on time, however we understand that there will be circumstances where you may be running late so we will be flexible and will grant you an extra 30 minutes to accommodate the rest of our daily activities. After the said 30 minutes there will be NO REFUND
Area of Service
To serve you better we provide transportation with luxury and comfortable space both on St. Kitts and on Nevis. I am presently based in Cayon village, which is a 15 to 20 minute drive from the center of the capital Basseterre. Most of the time I can be located in the Frigate Bay area within 20 minutes to the Sunset Reef Hotel and the Park Hyatt Resort.
Island Arrival
Upon arrival to the island we offer a cold bottle of local island purified water and a cold scented disposable cloth. If you have any special requests, please feel free to let me know in advance so that we can fulfill prior to or on arrival.
Special Requests and Arrangements
If there is a request for a baby seat, booster seat, wheelchair, or crutches, please note that there will be an additional cost for the respective items. Any information pertaining to this request feel free to contact me in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, if you need a mobile (Vehicle) access wheelchair please notify me so I can assist you in this request.
Passenger Safety
For any reason while you are using my services and there is someone in your party that has special dietary needs, an allergic reaction or any injuries please feel free to let know before arrival. We can accommodate your special requests and do our best to work with you.
Vehicles
All vehicles associated with Alvin Taxi and Tours are fully inspected, very clean, update licensed and fully insured. Booking service can be seen on my business page and the process is easy to follow. For any difficulties please feel free to contact me. Payment can be done Visa credit card, Master card, Express card, or direct cash.
