First, I hope that you and your families are healthy and safe.
The global COVID-19 pandemic is a social and economic phenomenon that is affecting all of us both professionally and personally.
For many years health and safety has been our top priority and that remains true during these challenging times. Due to the low-density operations, we are naturally a safer working environment. We are reinforcing this by complementing our existing safety procedures with additional specific protocols intended to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and to further protect our customers. Our full-service digital platforms, Way to Go, also play a pivotal role in our ability to safely serve our customers by reducing the need for physical contact. Practice hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
Before you leave home and also when you have arrived at your destination wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol as soon as possible upon arrival. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow. Throw used tissues in the trash and wash your hands immediately with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Avoid uncertainty, do not travel if you had recently had the virus or being in contact with someone diagnose with Covid-19.
During travel
Try to keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) from people who are not in your household — for example, when you are waiting at the airport / hotel or selecting seats on the airline or on taxi.
Wear a mask face covering before entering and while in the vehicle.
Cloth face coverings should not be placed on: Babies and children should always wear his / her mask. Anyone who has trouble breathing should always visit their physician for advice before travelling and provide the right mask for proper wearing. Mask coverings are put in place in my business to protect my customers and the drivers in case the wearer is unknowingly infected but does not have any symptoms. There will be special accommodations or assistance upon arrival at our airport traveling (for example, help with a wheelchair lift or with carrying bags.
Temperature screening check
Before entering the vehicle the driver will conduct COVID-19 pandemic temperature assessment by using digital Infrared Thermometer device that will be used as part of an initial covid19 prevention measures at entry points into the vehicle to identify and triage people who may have elevated temperatures. Be aware that device is used to help provide safety protection for all our customers from any virus and to keep a standard business operation. Please be aware that persons who have a fever when he or she has a measured temperature of at least 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit must be reported.

We can do more to protect the risk of affected and loss of life from this pandemic crisis. The health expert made it clear to wear face coverings in public spaces as one of the easier steps that we can all take to protect each other and reduce the spread of covid 19. Apart of our commitment is to always clean in which I have made it to be my business brand standard. With the spike of the covid19 in the US Territory and elsewhere, the guidelines of the health officials extending the requirement of wearing mask and using hand sanitizer to protect our customers (No Matter their Jurisdictions) We will continue to review the policy following of the medical expert and keep you inform of any changes.
